Beautiful window. A stained glass artisan should be able to replace the single cracked piece for you. My mom used to do it fairly often. The trick is finding a matching glass, but it looks like that one is fairly common. Good luck!
Oooops! My father-in-law calls such things to belongings..Love taps. Homes are never perfect and poop happens. I would wait to have it fixed or leave it as a happy reminder of times past. Our home is full of funny chips in scrapes that start the funniest stories when others see them. I think it is great that he is honest. I assume it is a he...little A. is such an angel she would not do it. Lol!!!
Our house has all kinds of dings and dents and it used to upset me. But I have a new attitude. I think that it tells the history of us. (And I will try and fix it all one day in the distant future when / if we sell!) Each little boo-boo has a child attached to it... except for the dent in the bathroom wall where I slammed the broom when I was sick of housework!:-) That dent really makes me giggle.
I also love that clip of Mr. Rogers...what a gentle but powerful soul. He was a gift to all of us.
Oh dear. Sorry about the window, but the labelling is too cute.
Also, thank you so much for linking to the Mr. Rogers clip. It made me cry and contemplate my relationship to television, all in one viewing. Not bad for a simple link.
Oh no! Is it really cracked? Would be a shame, it is such a wonderful stained glass piece.

oh boy! I love the mult-colored lettering technique...is someone trying to be a tad bit inconspicuous?

I love your writing, Calvin. Especially the fringe on "window". And those words are as full of color as the window!

It's too bad I live so far away, I could fix it. Stained & leaded glass is one of my joys.

Beautiful window even if it does have a few character lines.

Way to roll with the punches, Amanda! Always an inspiration; homeschooling and otherwise :)

ROTFL, such sweet brave honesty!
I would leave it as such for a while, just to smile at it!
