:: soaking up all the bits of summer (when it appears) that we can, in every which way we know how.

:: getting enormous pleasure from transferring all of my grease-stained, torn, ripped out sheets of printed off and pulled out recipes into a pretty new recipe box (from 1canoe2).

:: planning ahead and making grand plans for lots of Solstice knitting for my babies.

:: thinking my dear friend and farmer Stacy had a brilliant and dreamy idea with her flower CSA, and feeling quite grateful that I gifted myself with such a weekly treat. (Yes, I'm still cutting my own, but really - can there be too many summer flowers inside?)

:: and....shipping Handmade Home! Late in the nights, Steve and I are working together to get these books signed and out the door (these are from my Shop,  also shipping them now is Shambhala.com, and next week it will be available eveywhere!). It's so wild letting something that was so close to my heart go out into the world like this - good, scary and exciting all at the very same time. (I'm excited to share a whole lot more about the book with you all next week!)
