Yesterday...
we followed summer to the river, to the mountain and then, finally (phew!) ...to the shore, and to our very favorite picnic spot.
Thanks for following summer along with us these past two weeks! It's been enormous fun sharing bits of our days here in this way, and a welcome reminder to pay attention to what's around me right now in this precious, fleeting season. To soak it in, and to cherish before we move onto the glory of the season to come. While I'll continue 'regular' posts here next week, you can be sure we'll be following summer as long as we can. The calendar says we've got some left. Yes! Let's savor it...
