Thank you all so very much for the kind and gentle words about my dear Meme. I was so touched that many of you "knew" of her through what I've written over the years. It is true that her presence reaches every corner of my life.
While I miss her so much, there is so much rejoicing to be done at a long, beautiful life lived. Today, we have services to mourn her passing and celebrate her life. And tomorrow, we celebrate my sweet boy's ninth birthday. Death and birth. Joy and sorrow. A beautiful cycle so very full and intermingling. And so it goes.
