SouleMama: What inspired you to start your business?

BABYBEARSHOP: I started the company in the kitchen while trying to soothe my infant daughter's allergic skin with products that did not contain fragrance, dyes and parabens.

SouleMama: How do you come up with new designs/ideas?

BABYBEARSHOP: I can't stop.

SouleMama: What inspires you?

BABYBEARSHOP: My two silly little girls.

SouleMama: How do you avoid burnout, and keep yourself motivated?

BABYBEARSHOP: My solace is to go hiking in the woods. If I go too many days without mud on my boots, the scent of moss-covered trees and fresh forest air, everything in my life becomes stressful. I's what grounds me and restores my spirit.

SouleMama: How has motherhood changed the work that you do?

BABYBEARSHOP: Motherhood has taught me that every second counts. You get one chance at this life and you better make it count.
