Although we choose to educate our children along the traditional, public
school route, I seek to supplement their experiences with rich
adventures and times shared as a family. I struggle with holding to my
mindful parenting goals in the midst of the craziness of everyday life
with three young ones, a husband frequently traveling, no family around,
and never enough funds to cover it all. Losing my patience has become a
frequent occurance around here. I would love to learn some new
techniques to help diffuse my stress and manage my kids in a more
peaceful and respectful way.
