SouleMama: What inspired you to start your business?
Susannah: I lost my partner in 2005 and after a year of very intense grieving i started a blog and slowly began to put myself back together again. I'd studied photography at art school before spending many years as a journalist, and I found that blogging encouraged me to pick up a camera again. In 2008 I was working as a photographer when i was asked if i'd like to teach a workshop locally - I immediately knew i wanted to combine my philosophy of photography with the healing path... and Unravelling was born.
SouleMama: What inspires you?
Susannah: I'm currently inspired - and head over heels in love with - my nephew, Noah. He will turn one on April 1st and having him in my life has made everything better. I was there at the birth and he has already taught me so much about love and healing. He inspires me to be the best auntie I can be-- I just want to make him proud!
SouleMama: What's coming up next for you and your business?
Susannah: Once I've met my book deadline in March (eep!) I'll begin work on my next Unravelling venture -- a special community site where women can gather and share their stories. I've also got a new e-course in the pipeline and have recently launched a podcast - The Aquarian Twins - with Marisa Haedike (of Creative Thursday fame) where we spill all our e-course secrets and advice :)
