Oh, the crafting that's happening here that I just can't show you! It's the curse of the December blogger - so much going on, nothing I can tell you about. Yet, anyway. (If you're not one of my nieces or nephews, click here to see just what's going on in the photo above.)
(And if you're one of those sweet Mamas who email me asking how I get any crafting done, look above. There's a chess game I'm moderating, a baby in a high chair just out of the frame, and a harmonica on the table for, you know, harmonica playing. Sometimes it's peaceful meditative knitting stitch by stitch and sometimes it's 'squeezing in a project before dinner' with a whole lotta other things going on. A meditation of a different sort. Fun just the same, though.)
So while I can't tell you what we're doing right now, one of the joys of being a blogger who's seen a few Decembers (six, to be precise), is that I can show you once again what we did last year...and the year before that... and...well, here are some of my (randomly collected) December Favorites:
I share these in hopes that they might inspire some of the making and giving, living and loving happening in your holiday homes too. Happy Elving days to you and yours!
