Jan: My 2 new Grandbabies, within a 10 week period. As we approach the holidays, the knitting bag goes with me everywhere and the sewing machine is out working on warm, colorful gifts for 1 month old Mischa and 3 month old Emmet! Lowering my business's carbon footprint means producing goods closer to where they are consumed. With that in mind, we are working with other local and regional businesses to see what products can be created here. Not only is this more sustainable, it has the bonus effect of incubating new business and adding more jobs to our local economy. The possibility for collaboration and partnership is very exciting!
