would like to increase awareness about the cloth diapering industry so
that every parent can make an informed decision about whether to use
cloth or disposable
diapers. We realize that cloth diapering is not for everyone, but
would like for everyone to have enough information to consider the option.
Thirsties: I enjoy many aspects of my job but what I really love is interacting
with our customers, both our retailers and the moms who use our
products on their babies. Unfortunately, I spend the majority of my
time communicating with our customers via email or through social
media. I appreciate the rare face-to-face time I get with
customers at tradeshows and other events.

SouleMama: How are your children incorporated into your business?
Thirsties: Our daughters are our product testers and models. We just had our second daughter in August. We are thrilled to have her in our lives. We are still figuring out our new schedule but have started to adjust to the new rhythm of our family.
