SouleMama: How do you keep yourself motivated, and avoid burnout?
Erin: Motivation comes and goes in waves. For me, owning this business means I eat, sleep, breathe it 24/7, it's constantly on my mind and can get wearing. Sometimes I feel close to burnout and I have to take a step back and spend time alone or with my family to rejuvenate.
SouleMama: In your mind, what is that one thing which makes your business different?
Erin: I absolutely love how truly custom and personal our pieces are-- we have many fonts to choose from, birthstones and custom designs that are unique to us that we design from scratch. Our customers can pick out a piece that is so special and close to their heart! Plus, we are handmade in the USA only, mostly by women -- a lot of us are Moms and have become great friends!
SouleMama: If you could eliminate one thing from your daily schedule, what would it be?
Erin: Checking emails. I'm terrible at staying on top of emails and would prefer to be designing something new!!!
SouleMama: What's your favorite thing you've ever made?
Erin: This changes often but right now I am LOVING our new christmas ornaments!!!
