I'm in Portland! The other Portland (wait, isn't that what they call us? Hmn....). It's a full and busy stretch of days ahead, and I can't wait to explore and visit and host a little bit too. We added one more event to the week's lineup that I wanted to share with you, and remind you of the others. Maybe I'll see you there!
June 6-7
Mother Earth News Fair
Linn County Expo Center,
Albany, Oregon
Saturday 9-7
Sunday 9-5
(Booth #2710 in the Williamette Event Center)
I'll be there all weekend and would love to say hi to any of you that are attending the fair, and able to stop by for a hello. This is my first Mother Earth News Fair and I'm so curious and interested to see it all. How can one go wrong when you combine farm animals and handmade goods? I'm guessing yarn too. And food. Oh, I'm ready.

Monday, June 8
4-6pm
An Afternoon in the Park Meet Up!
Mount Tabor Park
Portland, Oregon
After being in a booth for the weekend, I know I'm going to be so eager to be outside in Portland! So would you join me there to say hello? It's a super casual, low-key meet and greet. Bring your picnic and some yarn (or children or art or whatever you'd like to keep your hands busy), and join Phoebe and I for what I hope will be a lovely sunny moment in a Portland park. (Weather permitting.) I was unable to reserve the sheltered Picnic Site A (pictured above), so let's meet on the grass right nearby, shall we? It'll be fun.

Thursday, June 11
at The Ragfinery
Bellingham, Washington
5-8 pm
An Open Craft Night in the town I'm told I'll fall in love with. Please come, bring your handwork and good cheer, and join us for some light snacks and good conversation.

I'm looking forward to meeting some of you on this little West Coast adventure!
