In just a few short days, this newest little book of mine, The Creative Family Manifesto, will be out in the world! The latest incarnation of The Creative Family feels so dear to me. Have I ever shared with you those translated versions of the book? So fun! And always a little funny to see how each publisher in each country puts their own twist on it - I'm particularly curious about the one in which our family was replaced for another on the cover photo. Funny, yes?

I really should get started on packing...but you know, I just can't shake the idea that there's still time to make a quick dress before I go. I've become a wee bit obsessed with the Fen Dress and seeing as how I'll be at Fancy Tiger Crafts next week, don't you think that warrants a brand new Fen? Oh, but then I had hoped to make a few meals for Steve and the kiddos to have before I go. I wonder how they'll feel about pizza and pasta for a week? Hmn....
